The EDGE radial tracked stacker series is a unique concept to the marketplace. Essentially; the RTS-Series has packaged all the advantages of a mobile radial stockpiler and that of a tracked stockpiler into one product.

Combining the ability to self-propel across even the roughest terrains and the capacity to create massive radial stockpiles, the EDGE radial track stacker range provides operators with a product that is independently powered, has excellent on site maneuverability and the ability for 360° continuous rotation.

Thanks to the robust design of the radial track stacker range and its ability to hydraulically adjust feed and discharges heights, the RTS80 is capable of stockpiling material from primary / secondary crushers and screens thus eliminating material segregation, compaction and contamination.

Edge FTS- Series

With discharge heights of up to 43’10 and capacity throughputs of up to 1102UST per hour the EDGE FTS is a robust, high capacity hopper feeder that is suited for the most demanding of applications, in the harshest of environments.

Available with various hopper capacities, discharge conveyors from 30ft to 90ft, various power-source options and an infinite number of add on options such as a two deck vibrating live head, overband magnet, wireless remote functionality and radio controlled reject grid; the feeder stacker range is arguably EDGE Innovate’s most versatile product.
Designed for customers who either require a controlled flow of material output or need to directly feed material using an excavator or wheel loader; the FS-Series eliminates the need to double handle material. With its excellent ability to hold a buffer of material; the EDGE mobile hopper feeders can regulate the flow of material ensuring it is the perfect partner for barge, train or truck loading or to feed crushers and screeners. Edge TRM622 Mobile Trommel

The EDGE TRM622 Mobile Trommel combines high production rates with ease of use in a robust, portable and versatile screening plant that is ideal for applications such as top soil, recycling, composting and is proven in construction and demolition waste.

The TRM622 Mobile Trommel incorporates impressive design features such as 6’ X 22’ long screening drum, a 180° radial fines conveyor with a discharge height of up to 6’10”, unique load sensing hydraulic drive system, eco-power saving functionality and a user friendly HMI control panel enabling easy adjustment to suit varying applications. Material spillage and bridging is prevented thanks to the steep side drum hopper sides, large feeder opening and a 60” wide collection conveyor. A quick drum exchange is facilitated via the hydraulic sliding feeder, enabling operators to simply lift out the existing drum to be replaced with the various drum types available.

Edge TRT622 Tracked Trommel

The EDGE TRT622 tracked trommel has been designed for maximum productivity and superior screening efficiency. With a heavy duty construction design and high manoeuvrability, the EDGE TRT622 tracked trommel can cater for a wide range of applications, whether it is industries such as aggregate, skip waste management or those wishing to process industrial and demolition waste.

Enhanced screening results are achieved by material spending a greater amount of time in the 22’ long drum combined with the optional high-throw aggressive screening action to produce top-quality fine materials such as compost, gravel, sand and topsoil with ease.
