Utilising the powerful CJ211 single toggle jaw from Sandvik it utilises the very latest technology, including finite element techniques to minimise stress levels within the frame itself. QJ241 Jaw Crusher

The most compact unit in the world leading series of jaw crushers from Sandvik, the QJ240 has now been upgraded to include many outstanding and user-friendly features as standard for enhanced performance and ease of operation. Reliable and robust, the truly mobile QJ241 is powered by a 168 kW / 225 hp emissions-compliant CAT engine and has been specifically designed for the smaller operation with low operator cost and maximum productivity in mind. Now available with a raise and lower facility on the longer main conveyor to give a greater discharge height and increased clearance for rebar discharge, it is the ideal solution for recycling applications but is equally productive in hard rock applications.
